The challenge

Choosing a nursing home is one of the most significant decisions a family will make. Orchard House needed a website that helped families in Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding area understand what the home offered — and, crucially, gave them the confidence that their relative would be well cared for. Generic, impersonal presentation would undermine the very thing that makes a family-run home valuable.

What we built

We built a professional, warm website that leads with the qualities that matter to families: the personalised approach to care, the activities and dining on offer, and the overall standard of life within the home. Practical information — facilities, admissions, contact — is easy to find without being the first thing a visitor encounters.
