A complete multi-tenant SaaS platform built from the ground up for service businesses.
The challenge
Service businesses were managing operations across a patchwork of disconnected tools — spreadsheets for jobs, separate invoicing software, paper timesheets, and no real-time visibility of field teams. The result was missed jobs, billing errors, and hours lost every week to admin. No off-the-shelf product covered the full workflow at a price point that worked for smaller operators.
What we built
We designed and built Job Manager from scratch — a multi-tenant SaaS platform that handles every stage of a service business's workflow, from the moment a customer enquiry arrives to the moment the invoice is paid. Every feature was shaped by real operational needs, and the platform continues to evolve based on direct feedback from the businesses using it every day.
